Fancier a Chinese takeaway for my night shift. Checked the menu and it looked good. Plenty of special type boxes to choose from. Selected ribs with sweet n sour sauce and a Singapore noodle box. The guy cooked it up there and then on the wok, nice and fresh. I have to say, it was very tasty. Ribs were perfect and the noodles had plenty of variety and very spicy and smokey. I enjoyed the lot.
